I want something to show off that I upload 'Daily FIFA Videos' but have no idea what text or where to place it. Want to keep it nice and clean but my minds blank at the minute.

ignore the red lines, they are just guides :)
 
In the center of it, add "DAILY FIFA VIDEOS" in a clean text, something like Myriad Pro using either Semibold Italic or just Semibold. Underneath that, in the blank area. Just add your channel name, so MRFUJIYOSHI or whatever in a Big, Bold Text. Add a slight "light grey to white" gradient overlay onto it, and add drop shadow/outer glow set to black. :)
