Hey guys,

I started a channel a while ago and I know my videos are mostly just another of those videos of wich there are already thousands on youtube. Before i started the channel i made my research and tried to find my niche but i didn't really succeeded.
I'm now try to find a way to make my channel more original but there is already everything on youtube.. so how can you get an audience and be completely new? if you find something nobody has done before the is no community at least what i experienced.. Do you have any suggestions or tips to help me get back on track?

Mathew

I rather not be too original. Because if you try to push for a niche no one tried before or has very few audience then it means no one is interested in it.
The main thing is to find your target audience. Know how big they are and make your content for them.
On YouTube trying things that have been tried out before or unoriginal gets you lots of views.
When trying to be original it is you/makers that is the original thing. The rest doesn't have to be.

Look we live in a world today exspellialy YouTube here that everyone is trying to be original but you know what that is making knowone original
So it is really hard to be original it all comes down to hard work grit and determination I may be sounding very cliche so far but it's true
You just got to try and be the best at what ever content your doing which is going to be hard cause there are millions of people doing that exact same thing but they are all doing it in a way that makes them original apparently but really all you got to do is try and post the best damn content you can every time

It's really hard trying to be original on Youtube. I was at a panel at Playlist Live and some of the bigger Youtubers were saying that nothings original on the internet. Most ideas have been taken, but the important thing is to make content that you put your own personal spin to. It's okay to borrow ideas from other Youtubers just make sure that the content you put up represent who you are and what you want your channel to be. I really think that it all just comes down to you as an individual being original. No one can be you and there's no one who the exact same copy of you. People will enjoy you for who you are and I think that's what will get you more viewers :)

Originality and quality is king.
I love guitar gear review videos and one guy did his channel as an old movie horror theme, filmed in black and white and wore a Frankenstein mask, with no big company backing just "mouth to mouth" promotion he has about 1500 subscribers with only 4 videos, but they are GREAT videos! His videos had a "low" view count of 5,400 to a high of 30,000+. Can't imagine how much effort the guy put into those videos. (Frankenstomp)

do something that you've never saw on YouTube, like without using backing music camera etc.. hmm not a good idea.
I have theory : I think French it's just English talk backwards lol
"btw you have cool content you made me laugh"

So after those posts i decided to restart my channel, new channel new luck new content. I tried to show my personality in a way others might enjoy. Thank you guys for giving me a ew perspective on this topic :)
