How Often Should I Upload?

I wouldn't, people don't have the time in the day to come back to a small youtuber and watch their videos twice a day, I'd say every other day to be honest

I've found uploading content even once a week will increase interest in that particular video.

I was thinking of doing this just to get more of an audience because it would make it so my videos would be even easier to find. Would that increase because people are more excited to see the next video or something? I also at least want to post seven times a week because I feel guilty whenever I dont post every day for some reason.

Your content will be better if you spend more time preparing it. I personally would not check a channel every day even if I had subscribed - not even massive ones. I'd have to really like that channel's content. I have found that limiting uploads I have had more viewer retention and viewer-ship on specific videos [by uploading less frequently].

2 days is good but you could always have videos ready to upload with thumbnails and stuff if you have lots free time. Its up to you at the end of the day but this is my opinion
