Lately, I have been thinking of changing my format for Unity tutorials. I want to do minimally planned videos to make a game of either a certain genre or concept. The videos will shift from being formal guides for Unity to being me showing how to do different things in games and buildong upon the idea based on where I see fit and what viewers would like implemented.
I want to do this because I found that I am more comfortable making tutorials that are less formal and more improvised. In fact, I would like to shift into using YouTube to documenting myself making games instead of tutorials because I am feeling burnt out from tutorial series, and I want to move onto something else.
Given this, how much planning should I do for these videos? I will probably plan the mechanics and game, but each episode will be based on what I can feasibly implement.
