Im pretty lacking in time, so videos take me a long time to edit. Not to mention my editing skills are very basic! I've reached around over 10k subs in a few months and would like to post more long form videos. However i dont have the experience and time to edit good videos. My videos sit at an average of 10% view duration for 10 min videos, and a CTR of 3-5%. I tried to hire someone on fiver a month ago and their skills were somehow 10x worse than mine! Do any of you pay for editors? and if so how much do you invest in this, also where can you find good ones?
