Fullscreen arcade only took like 3 days for me but that's arcade, I didn't get accepted by the way oh well I applied for a couple of other networks so I'm hoping for better luck with those

honest answer usually the same business day when they are not that busy and if they haven't responded to you within like monday coming up then send them a email to there support team and this is what i did followed up with a email explaining why i think i should be a partner and more etc.. Good luck
