honestly... no... that being said, you will be hard pressed to find a network that will really make an effort to help a small channel grow. there are so many channels under any given network, that it would be impossible to help them all grow individually. They do offer programs to advertise your videos, but it usually only goes if you are already a decent sized channel (10k+ subs). The one thing about curse that I wasnt too happy about is that they dont have a music library for partners to use, however it is coming soon. The honest truth is... If you want to grow your channel, you gotta do it yourself.
