hello im newbie here. if im at the wrong room to asking this please tell me. then i will move it.

just wanna ask a simple question. how this channel is still alive?

that channel is all about anime. japanese cartoon. and it should have a copyright on it because he steal from a show.

i already try to make my own because i wanna know if its okay to make anime channel, and my channel suspended in 2 days. how is this possible?? how is this fair?
 
It's all about copyright, find a show that isnt copyrighted, or get partnered with something that takes away those copyright rules for whatever show you want, or there are ways to get around copyright look it up but its pretty shady bc your channel could be taken down at anytime for copyright
 
if they didnt got copyrighted. then if im downloading his video, i can reupload it right? why i cant upload it but he can? its the same video
 
Stop worrying about what other people are doing and focus on yourself.

As already mentioned, the other channel could have a deal for the rights. Likewise, they could also have been 3rd party flagged where their video has been monetized and all income is collected by the copyright holder. Or, they may have simply not been found yet and could easily find themselves the recipient of multiple DMCA notices in the near future.

Far easier and infinitely safer to make sure that you have any and all rights necessary for anything you post on YouTube.
 
That channel seems somewhat legit, as some pointed out above me, it could be a deal or part of a network. There are way worst channel out there that go out of their way to get past
the content id system by cropping, speeding and changing pitch of the audio, those channel usualy get deleted soner or later.

That sounds like a reallly bad idea to the point that you may end up with a strike :/.

those are for testing only. im planning to make my own video.

i believe this one are not legit. because he have the same channel like this one but without "2" on it. and already died. and yeah i dont mind my channel died later, as long as i got the money first before my channel died. because making channel like this are so easy only taking some part of film/anime and posting it. if im reporting his channel, will it taken down?
