How I Got 100 Subs!!!

I feel like you could be more energetic and speak in a less monotone voice to help hold the viewer's attention. If you're going to make a 10 minute video you want the viewer to sit through the whole thing otherwise you're just going to lower your channel's overall audience retention score. The intro to the video is also really long and I get the feeling that you probably got a good amount of click outs in that time. It's said that you have to hook the viewer in the first 5 seconds or else they're more then likely going to leave the video. Keep at it though and good luck!
