How good is broadband tv network exactly?

hey guys, i've read that this network has really low cpm, but then on socialblade i see that it's ranked high (A++), although i don't know if this is reliable info. Later i also saw music channels like mrsuicidesheep who is also under this network, so i start to wonder whether it's a good or bad?
 
SocialBlade ranking is based on the external stats such as the number of channels, subscribers, and views of those channels. It has nothing to do with their shady business practices.
 
Let me just say it's too good, it's bad.

I wouldn't really recommend them. What they offer isn't exactly much when compared with other networks. :P

yeah that's what i have read, but the thing is if they are bad why do people still join them or partner with them? this is what i'm wondering.

Because of ignorance and the fact that a lot of people rush this whole getting partnered with a network thing.

People don't necessarily do their homework before joining a network. They also don't read the details when they agree to the contract.
