How everyones youtube channel going?

I'm doing alright so far! I tend to average 40 subs or so every month, so I can't complain!

I think it is because I have ran out of ideas mainly...

I think I'm doing pretty good with my channel. I do have my slow moments, but the fast moments make up for the slow ones. I feel like things started to spark after I was able to show my goals next to my YouTube link whenever I post on here. Other than that, it's like a boat in the ocean; I'm letting the tides row my boat lol.

Animation channel: Terrible. Pre 2012 my animations made thousands, now it doesn't pay rent. Sadly youtube completely screwed us animators and its why all the top animators have quit youtube or switched to letsplaying/blogging. Started doing letsplays on a new channel myself and using my fame to farm subscribers to it and it sickens me how much higher the RPM on it is vs my animation channel with million view videos and 100% watch rate. But such is life, if you cant beat them join them.

Slowly the number of subscribers are growing, I am happy about it. I wish that I would get more views though.

I'm getting there slowly but im happy im 16 subs away from 100 so thats massive for me and over 16k views so things are looking good

My channel is dead, because i am no longer interested in making videos, maybe somewhere in the future.

I'm in the bad category but then I'm a music producer so not like a gaming channel.

I'm happy if I have one subscriber!
