How does youtube monetization work?

Sorry if this has been answered before...

I recently started making videos. I have monetized my videos and have signed up with adsense. My channel is very small, but my youtube dashboard says i've made a whopping 50 cents! My question is...

1. How does that money get into my bank account? I have not been given an option to link any banking information
2. Since ive just started and havent even made $1 yet, does it have to reach a minimum amount to get paid?
3. If ever i do make a little more money, how often does youtube/adsense pay out?

1. You'll need to link your channel to Google Adsense, which you will link your information to Google Adsense.
2. There are different payment threshold for different places, you can Google them up. I believe it's $100 in the US. (This applies to direct monetization to YouTube only, monetization through networks pay differently)

I think to get an actual payment you needed to generate around 50$ that can be then send to you somehow. Not 100% sure how it worked...
