What a great thread. Asking yourself this question is an immensely valuable exercise. If you can't answer the question, or struggle to find your answer, then you need to work on your channel's value proposition some more. What is going to make your content unique/different or better when compared to the competition?
For me I would say the part that makes my channel stand out already is that teaching comes naturally to me so I usually find ways to explain subjects in new ways that can make it a lot quicker for someone to understand what to do/how to approach it.
However, I don't think that in itself is a significant enough piece of value to make my channel really stand out since there are many great teachers on YouTube, many of whom have far more experience than myself. So, bam, I used this thread as a reason to look back at my value proposition which is basically: "Everyone has a dream, a passion, a purpose - and my job is to help you find your own way to make that a reality." and came up with the idea of starting a whole new series where I start from the basics and gradually progress up so that people can learn in a similar way to how I did.
Thanks for indirectly giving me an idea OP!
