How do you get passed frustration?

Hey Everyone,
Some of you may have noticed I wasn't around the last few days as actively as I normally am. This is because of my latest video that I just finally finished 2 minutes ago. After 32 takes and 3 re-writes I was ready to freaking loose it on this video.

So my question is how do you guys get passed that frustration? Whats your calming or inner peace mantra? For me it seems like going out and hanging with my buddy worked but I would really like to have different ways to deal with that kind of frustration.

When I get frustrated with editing and doing takes, I find a really good song to put in my video. It makes it more fun and tolerable to edit when there's something pleasant to listen to :)

When I'm having real problems doing quality commentary (which happens once in a while, some days I just can't do it right), I usually just take a break for a while, hang out with my puppy or interestingly enough, just spend more time playing the game I'm trying to do my video on. My biggest challenge is I haven't yet learned how to do really good commentary while playing the game live but I feel that doing post-commentary on the kind of stuff I make sounds disconnected. I find if I'm getting frustrated and not commentating well, I just play the section I'm showing in the video over multiple times so that I can more play it with "muscle memory." I find I can then dedicate more of my brain to the commentary and not concentrate on the game play so much. Seems to work. :)
