How do you get more interactivity with your videos?

Howdy friends of YTtalk i was wondering how does one get viewers to be more interactive with their videos. While i get a decent amount of views from time to time, i would like to have people comment on my videos more and get regular follows too. So i would like to know what kind of techniques one would use in order get that interactivity?

ask them to leave some feedback on your video or do question of the days where your viewers have to answer in the comments

Copy some comments in your video's. More people will try to get their comments on the video's and respond.

When somebody does comment try to answer all of them, and in the videos ask what the audience thinks about whatever your talking about or like someone else said ask them questions and they will eventually comment.
