I have not a name for it, I mean these pictures you sometimes see on the video when you are not watching it. A lot of people have smileys and stickers on there.
Also I am asking how to make a "category" for certain Videos, like art, gaming etc.

Hope someone can help me out :3

Do You mean on the bottom right of videos? that appears first or last 5 seconds or least for all time long?
(like the one on my signature and on the bottom right of the signature video)

No I meant like some famous YouTube have them. And they also have the categorie-things. I have no idea how else to call them, hope you know what i mean
 
I think you are talking about a playlist?

If you look at your channel page, there should be a tab for playlists and you can create new playlists and make them private or public. If it is public, it will show up on your channel.
