How do you brand your videos/channel?

You can put brands in here; youtube > branding, it's on the channel settings tab. You can put jpeg or anything for it.
 
I suggest keeping your brands small and simple, like just a "subscribe" button. If your channel have iconic on something like for example your channel is about dogs, you want to put a dog on that brand.
 
Also if you have a really short intro then you can have YT add it for you if it is less than 0:03.

IMO that's way too short for an intro so I disabled it and I just edit them in.
 
You can brand your channel/videos several ways for example, anything that is identifiable at first impression is good. For instance on all of my relevant videos I have a "Fresh" badge in the lower left corner of each video. So when my video pops up in the sub feed you know its "freshbiz" also your intro gfx, watermark, outro, intro script can be considered branding. Go to my channel and you'll see what I mean
 
Be sure to consider the colours you use throughout your branding, those form a part of your branding, just saying food red and yellow branding most people will be able to guess which company I am talking about, take a lesson from them :)
