How Do Partners Take a cut?

Hey,

I am wondering how partners like BBTV take the cut from the channel, I have signed to BBTV and the only information they needed were "e-mail adress to send paypal payments to" , "email adress associated with youtube" and "Youtube Channel URL". The reason why I'm asking is because lets say I have my youtube channel and website connected to adsense, and my website gets a good income. Is it possible for them to take a cut from my website earnings since they have the email associated to the adsense. What if in the future I decide to create a new youtube channel with a different email and connect it to the same adsense/paypal does it automatically become a BBTV property? Simply put can I create a new channel in the future before the contract ends, and be partner free on that channel. I still have 3 years left out of 5 years which is a sad situation.

No, the network will not get a portion of your website. When you accepted the network invite, your channel was removed from your Adsense account and moved to theirs so they can't access your websites earnings.

The new channel will not be partnered automatically but they may have a legal claim to it (ie first dibs), it depends on the network. Check your contract, it should have everything you need to know!

Thanks for the reply, When I go to adsense account I can see the revenue I get and its from google i get it sent to my paypal account. Not to mention on socialblade my account says I have no partner. Do you know why that may be?
 
What's your channel? Socialblade isn't really a good indicator for seeing who is claiming your videos.
