How do I speak with someone at Maker to discuss linking my channel?

I have sent several messages through the website makergen.com and even went so far as submitting my details (which is kinda scary because it seems I have signed up to Maker although not signed any contract as yet).

I really wanted to speak with someone to discuss how they can help my channel specifically over and above other networks. I am looking at collaborations and help with growth more than monetary reward at this stage.

How do I speak with someone?

Thank you. Do I need to contact them or will they see your 'tags'?

It's kinda scary to see that I am 'signed up' to Maker Gen when all I did was apply. I am currently with another network so I cannot join a second one at this time. I simply want to discuss my options and decide if it's worth switching.

What an incredibly disappointing response (or rather, lack of).

I'm afraid this is what has turned me off joining up so far (I have tried to contact Maker for several weeks without success).

I think I will stick what the network I know.
