How Do I Set Up Zoom Recording for High Quality Videos for Editing?

I am having a terrible time figuring out a way to record my web series, which is a news show with a virtual background. I currently use ZOOM to record but when I download the recording with the virtual background the quality is very low and my video looks unprofessional. I asked them to enable HD for high quality recordings and they did but it seemed to get worse. My logo is now fuzzy on the virtual background when before it was not.

Any ideas for the best way to record myself hosting a show with a virtual background and then be able to pull it into sony vegas to edit and add graphics to it? Please help.
