How do I loop a song?

I want to add a song in a video's background. I need to loop it for about 15 minutes. What is the best and easiest method loop a song for a novice?
 
Find a point at the near end of the song where it matches with the beat or rhythm at the start or middle of it. If you look at the songs waveform, you'll see slightly see a match and try to match them if you found that matching point. Hope this helps. :)

What kind of software am I am suppose to use?
 
Use audacity (since it's free) to match up close as possible with the waveform (you'll have to zoom in) and extend the song at a point that sounds nice, or fade it out at the end and just start the song again, and fade it out for the end. Or you could find a good section of the music that sounds good on repeat, copy and paste it over and over.
