How Do I Increase Fps While Recording?

I've Got It
Im jumping between Camtasia and Fraps
i'm looking into Dxtory
is there anyway to increase the fps im getting?
i dont run any HiSpec computers as it out my price range and tbh i aint gonna look into it as its only for tekkit.

Well as Tekkit is Minecraft and Minecraft seems to eat up a lot of RAM the best answer would be get more RAM for your computer. But since you said your not looking to spend money then I guess you could try closing any other programs you have open, especially ones that require more CPU usage to run such as Skype and Steam and Google Chrome (because each tab is a new process). Try closing programs see if that helps.
 
A new/second hard drive will not help you as all a hard drive does is store data, which is great if your recording a lot and keeping all of the footage. But a hard drive will not help speed up your computer and it will not help increase framerate.
 
Your computer specs play a big part in your FPS. Recording to a separate hard drive helps. But you do have to realize that for video high FPS count doesn't matter. There is no point in recording at 60 FPS because you won't see the difference. Movies and TV shows are 25 - 30 FPS and don't need to be any higher. Same goes for Youtube.
