How do I get the photo on the front of my videos?

When I post a video, it picks a random shot from the video but I want the front cover/front photo of the video to be of my choosing. So, if you can tell me how to do this, it would help a lot! Thanks,

you must have an account with monetisation enabled or be partnered with a network. If you are, there will be a custom thumbnail option when you upload a video
 
Enable Monetization like what people above has said.
Then go to video manager.
Then click edit and choose custom thumbnail :)
