How do I edit my channel?

Ever since the new youtube update I could never figure out how to edit my channel... Like how do I add the video that plays automatically when someone goes on my channel and stuff like that.
 
If you haven't gone to your channel while logged in, since you updated they should give you rather simple instructions. If not, the top right corner of each area should have a pencil like shape, click that to edit specific areas
