Well thx for that sirGood advice: Grab their attention in the first 10 seconds! Many users will just turn you off if your content doesn't seems good in the beginning!

So I feel like I've been a bit more views than subs. Subs: 32 Views: 579. But I guess my first question is; is this a good view to sub ratio? I really have no clue since this is all new to me, even if it's not I'm really happy with the amount of subs and views I have!and my second question is how do I really grab someone's attention and earn their sub? What things have you guys used that seemed to work for you?

I try and make good videos and I also ask for it at the end of a video for people to sub. I have an annotation in the top left hand corner throughout my videos so people can remember. I also put a sub link in the about/description area for people who watch on mobile phones and some tablets who can't click on annotations. I also have a sub button on my blog.So I feel like I've been a bit more views than subs. Subs: 32 Views: 579. But I guess my first question is; is this a good view to sub ratio? Oh that's cool!I have been doing pretty good on youtube for the past month, coming to 300 subs, My tactic is that I post my videos on my targeted audience (for me I do hunger games, so I put my videos on MCSG's website)
^ What he said here.Untill you get a semi-large channel you can't base stuff off "view-to sub ratio" since it won't be actual.
