Hello guys , I have a Gaming Channel and I started to upload regularly something like 8 months ago . I started with Hitman Absolution and I was one of the few that played it on the maximum difficulty doing everything 100% right , 100% stealth and things like that . I had awesome feedback from the community , loads of views , subscribers , likes and stuff . I had something like 1.8k subs after 2 months of uploading . I was like " Man , it's easy to get noticed on Youtube ". After few months I decided to start with the commentary but since it was the first time I was talking only to my PC without TeamSpeak or a chat to answer ( I used to stream Dota 2 in the early beta ) I decided to do it in Italian . And here we are . I lost something like 500 subscribers and out of 1.3k only 100 ( circa ) kept watching my vidoes . No more comments on my videos and if I get 5 likes on a new video I get drunk to celebrate . In the last week i got around 10 new subscribers .
I send a message every time i have a new subscriber saying thanks for subscribing , asking where are they from , which video made them subscribe , what would they like to see on my channel and stuff like that . None of them was Italian and everyone said , "Nice videos but I can't understand . Your English seems to be ok . Why don't you make videos in English ? " .
My English isn't terrible but it's far far away from being good . People understand me when I write in English ( I hope so ) . My spoken English is not 100% fluent and my pronunciation is affected by my Italian accent ( And my is a particular accent since I'm from Tuscany . People say we eat our C (K) and it sound like H ( mute ) . ) This makes me feel insecure and that's strange since I'm a pretty confident guy ( TBH it scares me a lot lol ) . Now , one of you could say , just get back to Italian stuff and make your own Italian community . And I say sorry , but no . I already have a fair amout of subscribers and I want them to watch my videos and get them back active like they were 8 months ago . And to be honest , I want everyone to watch my videos , not only Italians .
Now back to the main question , how did You guys get into commentating - speaking English ?
Did anyone help you ? Dual commentaries ? Or did you just start speaking English ?
I tryed with one video now and I'm uploading it right now .
So if You have some time to spare and wanna watch my video and let me know if it's that bad .
Also , if someone can explain me the Review section i'd be really glad . It looks like a Western Town after a gunfight D: .

Maybe you should make your thread a tad easier to read 
But anyway, it would only feel natural to me to make videos in english, even though I'm from Denmark.
