Well 1) it's not misleading. 2) It's happened before that video was even released. It all comes from the same person. I know this for a fact.

If it`s the same person I would try to confront him with it and ask him why (s)he does it. Maybe you two can work something out.

About the Title of your last Video:

I was taught that I should never ever use the term Review in an Article if I hadn`t actually experienced on my own the Product I do review. Guess things have changed in the last couple of Years and the term has nowadays not the same meaning as it has a few Years ago.
