How Can YouTube Improve Their Monetization & Partnership Program?

I want to know how YouTubes can improve their monetization and partnership program to better serve the community.

First off, I would like to see the changes in the Adpocalypse changed back to what they were before the whole incident. No more demonetizing videos for swearing or political reasons, and I would also remove the notifications thing entirely, and make it back into what it was. Also, I would stop making the YouTube Rewinds so political or biased and would stop giving the Paul brothers so many "Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free" Cards, and there are a bunch of other things I am probably forgetting the YouTube messed up.

I agree about the demonetization. It's like we can't be rewarded for our freedom of speech anymore.
What about notifications don't you like?
 
If you subscribe to someone, it won't give you notifications about their uploads, and the subscriptions tab is now going to be turned into a mess, so now the only way to find videos from people you subscribed to is to turn on notifications, which pings you a million times a day.
 
Wow! I didn't know it wouldn't send you notifications if a new video is posted. I would rather get a notification, than have my phone going off all day
