I've always been curious on how RWJ and others can review videos without legal issues. I've been told it's because they only show a few seconds of it and it's not the entire thing.

and they link to the original video in the description. I don't know if it 100% legal but I'm sure no one complains because it brings thousands of views to the original

Yeah I've seen that around too... But you'd think someone would get p****d for some stupid reason over it. I mean, he's reviewed over 500 videos!

You are able to as long as you are leaving audio commentary about the video you are reviewing, same as when some one plays a video game
