How can only my subscribers see selected videos

Im trying to encourage more people to subscribe to my channel, because about 90% of viewers are not subscribers. So is there a way I allow only subscibers to see certain videos on my channel? And apart from asking viewers to subscribe, what are the best methods to get viewers to subscribe?

ok I thought maybe that was the case. Thanks for confirming this. Hopefully YT will introduce this sooner or later.
