How Can I Outsource to a Virtual Assistant with Youtube?

Has anyone ever had success with outsourcing for tasks like managing uploading videos, comments, annotations, tagging, thumbnail creation, etc on YouTube?

Unless there is a good work-a-round, I am not willing to give out my YouTube credentials to someone who could potentially delete every single video if they become disgruntled.

I have heard Hootsuite might be an option for uploading with limited access, but I'm playing with the trial and honestly the YouTube options look limited and like a big mess.

From what I understand, I would have a hard time getting videos restored to YouTube if someone on my payroll deletes the videos.
 
Thank you for responding PictureFit. I have used TubeBuddy for about 6 months and I've never seen anything that would keep a user from deleting YouTube videos just like they would through direct YouTube access. From what I can tell, I need to be logged into YouTube in order to be Logged into TubeBuddy. I could totally be missing something though.

Well !! If your build a team channel, you can distribute the work responsibility equally between the team members. I see this is much better than outsourcing third party who may dont care enough to your own work and the executed efforts.
 
I don't mind forming a team, but same problem of risk exists with someone becoming disgruntled and deleting videos. I would love to see a solution that allowed only posting/editing of video content and not the ability to delete it.

You need to have an admin feature in order to grant other users some sort of authority. i hope YouTube can develop this feature for us.
