You can edit this freely in Photoshop

Yeah, I use GIMP myself for the stuff I do, I think it deals with PSD files aswell and a template is a great place to start.
Just simple can look pretty nice sometimes. If you check out my channel layout thats the kind of stuff I do if you need any help. Not great but something better than the normal stuff.
