How can i improve my videos/english

I recently made a skyrim video ( see it on ma channel ) and i used my voice in it.
Well now i wanna ask how i can improve it !
Also if sb is interested i wanna talk to an American / native English speaker to get a nicer acent .
And i also need tips to improve the commentary and the english used :3
