How can I grow my Tech Channel?

I've had my tech channel for about 4 months now and I've been told that my content is good enough for me to get bigger. I was wondering how I can get more subscribers to my channel because I've been stuck around 200 for about a month now.

Do you have any strategies or tips for me?

Thanks :)

Check out many of the strategies available in this very section!
If you're looking for a review of your channel, you should wait until you can post in the videos section.

However here are some suggestions:
1. Set up a clear uploading schedule. I see that you're uploading whenever you buy a new product or when you have a new tutorial. But you seem to upload in bursts. A schedule is optimal and it ensures that your subscribers will have a steady stream of content coming at them and it will encourage retention and viewership.
2. Develop some series. Looking at your videos, your most popular one seems to be "Top 5 Most Addictive Games 2014 - Android & iOS". Perhaps you can roll with this and make more top five videos.
3. Be short and sweet. I see that you have your 60 second tutorials, however looking at your latest video, I see you spend a lot of time searching for clips and doing actions that can essentially be cut to get to the main action and directions.

That's all I have for now. Your channel design is great, the branding is solid, your thumbnails are cool.
Be patient.

200 Subs in a 4 Month period is very good, however here's a few tips:

1 - Try doing reviews on the latest products and before anyone else, this can include doing on the latest Android or iOS or on the latest phones from Sony, Samsung or iPhone, try reaching out to companies for review samples.

2 - Look at your analytics and try and see what videos are getting you the most exposure, not just views but shares, watch time, likes etc.

3 - Try sharing your reviews with Official or Fan pages on Facebook and Twitter for Sony, Samsung, Apple, Android, also getting apart of a community like YTTalk that is specific to tech people is a good start.

4 - Try doing Budget PC Builds if you have the knowledge, and if you have the cash, possibly even buy the parts and build them in the video, these can get very popular with young gamers looking to have a custom PC without breaking the bank, and your video can show them just that. I recommend if you do these do one for every rough price point every 2-5 months.

Hope these help.
