How can I find what's trending within my topic group?

I make piano cover videos, and although I mostly choose to learn pieces I personally like, more success seems to come by covering popular pieces from the music charts or in recent film releases. At the moment I normally notice what other similar channels are doing, but by that point I'm a bit late to the game as many other covers have already been uploaded (and of course it takes me time to learn a piece, record, upload).

Is there a way I can find out, for instance, other keywords people search for alongside "piano cover"?

I've had a look at Google Trends but it doesn't really give me what I'm looking for.
