The "Majestic Penguins" one contains not one, but two copyrighted images from movies. Selling those images can get you in a bit of trouble.

You can't sell copyrighted images, that's what I'm saying. They're from 2 very popular movies, you can't sell them.

@Faptain is right man. Any image that contains copyrighted material cannot be sold without exclusive permission by the owner of the copyright. You can't profit off someone else's work. What if I took you first image, adding my name, and said it was mine then sold it.

Anytime man, you just need to be careful. If it's a free thumbnail, its kind of user discretion. But selling one that has copyrighted material can get you both in trouble (selling, then the user utilizing it).
