what are your hobbies? do those! it's the best way to gain subs and enjoy what you are doing!
 
anything that gets you to smile while making them XD, i just think youtube should be fun.
 
Best thing to do is post what you enjoy posting, That way whatever you post you will be able to gain an audience from doing what you enjoy and actually enjoying it at the same time :D
 
All depends really I mean what are you most comfortable with, are you a shy person, do you mind being in front a camera? Are you big into fashion? makeup? gaming?, finding your feet can be tricky but usually whatever feels natural and most fun for you is the best
