G'day folks, I know I have been MIA in a while but I was starting to get a touch of the promotion blues.

There's only so much you can hit your head against the brick wall before you pass out. So I took the time I was trying to get my name out there to just make more content and improve a couple of things. Like learn how to use Blender to make a wicked 3d animated intro and make a much better background for my channel page (check it out if you'd like)

Sure my sub gain has tapered off a bit but the view count per day is keeping my spirits up, but I am happier which is the main thing
 
Welcome back Raetac! Glad you had a break of sorts, I think everyone here knows how working on promotion can wear on you.

Am I right in recalling that you'd put in a partner application a while back? I know you'd at least talked about it...
 
Yea well I did look at applying to Socialblade for the short term (yea I think 1 year is short) but I found I had a few of my episodes had attracted some copyright issue which I had to resolve.

One dispute was resolved really quick, another was an episode I could live without, while the last was matched third party content with the publisher of the game (THQ, funnily enough.. now they are going down the toilet) which I'm waiting out the the counter dispute in the name of fair play. I'm pretty sure I'll win that.

So once all the notices are out of the way I'll try again, I'm still a bit to small for bigger networks as they want the 30k views a month and I'm hovering around 7k now. All in all I'm doing ok with 140 subs... could be better but I'm not complaining.
 
Oh hey that's too bad you've got some copyright stuff to deal with... hope it all gets smoothed out for ya!
Also good luck with partnering! Since you're pretty close to 10k views/mo I think you actually could do a bit of network shopping.
 
Well I don't specifically know of any, but it seems like there should be someone in the spectrum between SocialBlade and Fullscreen.
