Okay, Centus emailed me. They kinda misinterpreted me on my post. They are new and work in progress. You can join them if you want. But it's better to see them as a complete network. They have a descent requirements. 200views per day and you can apply as a staff which I may do in the near future when I got more subs but well, they'll be big that time. xD
That should throw up REALLY, REALLY big red flags.

If they are accepting effectively volunteer staff, the quality of this network is gonna be baaaad.

There are networks out there (little ones especially) that rely on their channels to be staff. Yes really. I have had some rather interesting experiences with how unprofessional that can turn out to be.
We at Centus do not rely on anyone whatsoever. If our recruiters do not want to work, so be it; they are not meant for the job. I do 95% of the recruiting myself so don't jump to conclusions that we rely on staff. We also treat staff well and give them fair pay based on the amount of work they do.
Don't judge us now, look back at us in 2 months!

I have never heard of your network and was speaking from my experience with other networks that operate in such a way that are described above.

Do you only offer recruiter position to channels then?

Are recruiters given a flat fee or % take? Restrictions? Limitations?

How many full time employees does your network have?

We are not like other networks..

No we offer recruitership and directorship programs. Depending on how well you may do people can then apply for a member of staff of their choice, as long as I am okay with it.

Recruiters are given a fee ranging from 3-100$+ for every account they get partnered, price increases if views per day happen to be a larger amount etc..

At the moment it is basically just me but we are interested in hiring a vice-ceo, coo etc.

Can you explain your own personal experience, both specifically with youtube and beyond youtube, and what makes you qualified to lead a network?
Over the past four years I have owned YouTube accounts that have all been partnered, between all the accounts I have received about 20m views. I know everything there is to know about partnership, and my aim for my networks was to support my partners. I want them to rely on us for advice, ways to develop the most out of their content/ revenue. I am a very hard worker and always act professionally while online.

I can go on about this for days but gonna keep it short for now lol
