Hey could I get some advice on my channel please

Hey everyone I am coming into my third week of uploading videos on and off now. I only do fifa videos at the moment, I am looking to start doing minecraft (once I find people to play with) and halo 4 when it comes out. I felt awkward as hell commentating to begin with but I'm really starting to enjoy it now. I had no prior editing or design experience before starting so it may look a bit crappy. I am looking for some feedback on my channel be as brutal as you want if you think it's that bad at least I won't be wasting my time lol. I know my background needs fixing up so does my commentating but like I said I value both negative and positive feedback. I personally feel my channel is sluggish but I have been told that it's growing pretty quickly so I'm not sure what to think lol.

small recommendation make the feature tab your channels homepage, as far as how your doing i say great. you seem to upload often which is very important specially in a gaming channel that is starting out. Also in your video's you seem to put a lot of energy into them so i say Keep up the great Job!

Hey man thanks for the prompt reply, I just made the change you suggested thanks :). I try to upload like 1-3 videos a day. Do you know how I can get the rest of my videos to appear in a long list at the bottom of the featured video? at the moment it just gives me a playlist option. thanks

yea go into your channel settings->Tabs-> select blogger-> click save
then you should see add playlist, once you click that then select uploaded video and click save

Thanks for that I think it looks a lot better now. I just need to sort out my background
 
I am also starting out on YouTube doing gaming. My advice is to get a logo which people can recognise you by. Also have an icon. People are more interested in channels which they have something to cling on to. Yeah I no I can't really speak about popularity because I have less subs but getting the basics right is all you need to do.
1.) Logo
2.) Icon
3.) Intro to your vids with the logo or you YouTube username.
