Hey i gave been part of youtube for many years weather watching videos or maing them myself i have had many accounts all somewhat succesfull, but i feel i want to help you guys out.I am here to offer my skill in video editing and graphics design to you guys for a very very cheap price.
Since i offer professional editing i do charge REAL money but it is very cheap for what i offer.(prices listed below)
0-10min video-£1.50
11+min video-£2.00
Graphics:
-Banner-£0.50
-Profile pic, thumbbnail etc-£0.25

I also offer for some of the more experience youtubers my services on a weekly base which includes a unlimted amount of video editing and graphics design,for £15.00 a week

The prices are really low, you can work two days at a 10 ten minute videos if it's a really complex job, not to mention about the rendering process. You should post a portofolio.
