I recently applied for RPM network partnership and I was told to wait a few days before they sent me a accept or denial email. But just 12 hours later I got a email from them asking to join their network. Does this mean I am accepted or what?

I don't know the answer. They said they would send me an acceptance email and when i try to log in they say account not found.

I think you are accepted.
They will grant you most of the Youtube features, also they will probably give you dashboard access in 2-4 days.

Well on the YouTube thing it says I am a partner with the futures, so I just have to wait to be allowed to get access to the website?

I know you received a smart remark but your question remains valid, I imagine you simply had bad luck and received a recruitment email from their mass distribution system as you were applying.

I'd wait until tomorrow, and just ignore the smart remarks others have made here..

When I applied they hadn't tried to recruit me, I simply filled out their form online and then a few hours later I was pretty much in. I gotta admit the speed on their part was quite nice, no messing about.
