I have 400+ subs and im only getting 10-20 views per a new upload am i doing something wrong ? I feel like i'm not producing great enough content but i can't edit so i kinda need help =/
I normally do call of duty videos I also have another channel just a mess around one and i get views on that i might try and give my self a shout out on it and my friend who has 250 subs gets around 300 views each of his videos its kinda crazy and yeah gaming is hard to group and i'll check your channel as well man thanks for the advice its means a lot and ill try and work on getting better content out and try and learn how to edit because people seem to like edited videos right now my videos take me like a min to edit and what not i really wanna grow but its so hard as u said because gaming takes a lot to grow out of .The only advice I can give you is to not concern yourself so much about subs. Subs are not a promise that people will continue to watch. Focus more on making "fans" and establishing friendships with people. There are channels that have 1000s of subs and get almost no views. Get an interactive with people as you can. Promote on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr. Talk to people here.
As a show of good faith, I am going to sub your channel right now and check out a few videos. You have to be willing to do the same to others, too. Don't expect people to watch you if you aren't doing the same for them.[DOUBLEPOST=1343955338][/DOUBLEPOST]I also notice that this is a gaming channel. Understand that a gaming channel is extremely difficult to get off the ground, mainly because there are SO MANY of them out there. Right now everyone seems to be doing minecraft videos, and without something to make yours stand out, it will just look like one of MANY in a crowd.
what if i added like a vlog in the corner of my videos or something just to spice some things up you think that might work ? im all out of ideasPeople like gaming channels for walk throughs, I've noticed. Random game play doesn't seem to attract much attention. There isn't much a gaming channel can do to be different, sadly.

thanks man all i ask is for help and a course no one is a expert but s**t it takes a lot to get big with a gaming channel i noticed i guess ima just ride it out and just hope for the best =/I'm not trying to discourage you, man. There are a LOT of people who do the vlog along with the gaming footage. Again, I'm no expert here, but doing things someone else has already done (and many other people are doing) isn't the way to go. I wanted to say try gaming "fail" videos, but thats been done. Then I thought retro games, but thats been done. There isn't anything out there that hasn't been attempted yet. Gaming channels take away the ability for the viewer to feel like part of the game; they're just watching. There is nothing for them to relate to.
Again, I am not an expert and I wish you luck, but I am all out of ideas.
