Help with Thumbnails...

I'm trying to create a thumbnail style for my channel...but I'm stuck...this is what I've come up with so far..

Can someone just give me some feedback on what you think is best? And if you have some hints I'd love to hear them.
 
I had a lot of trouble making thumbnails to start with. I have found a comfortable thumbnail style for now but I no doubt will change it in the meantime. For series you want to keep long term on the channel keep thumbnails very similar, for one time episodes experiment with different designs and combinations. If it doesn't work try something new. Thumbnails can take a while to perfect
 
Generally if you take a look at my thumbnails I will keep the background similar in MoSt rhumbnail's. I will vary up text position picture position and lots of other things to make it look interesting and different
 
I'm on my phone so I can't see your link to YouTube at current :( yea I was thinking sticking with the one above that's blue n yellow,but maybe changing the colour, vanishing point. And the locations of text and front image
 
i struggle with the same problem.. What do you use to make your tumbnails?
Currently i use paint.... :oops: I need to figure out how paintshop works so i can use that to make my tumbnails :)

Out of the 2 tumbnails you post up here i like the first one a bit better then the second one :)
 
This is one of my most recent thumbnails, I have used Photoshop for 2 months so far do you guys think it looks good?
