Help with tags/description 1st video im uploading

Hey guys i am uploading my first gaming video i wanted to ask for some advice with what do i write in the description and tags? ( My video is on rome total war and has a 300 spartan swing to it )

Another thing how do you get those boxes that pop up saying subscribe by clicking here etc.

The boxes you are talking about are annotations.

Tags should describe your video.

If your name is Rome Total War assault on Rome
You should try to use these words in the description as well.

The assault on Rome in 300 style. Game used Rome Total war.

Tags probably would be like: Rome Total War 300 Effect Edit Montage Assault
