Help With Searching My Channel

That wasn't very clear. If people know you and want to search for you I guess will find you easily by searching your username or real name(if you tagged the channel with it).

You want other people to find you? Tag with relevant tags, and an appealing title.
 
Definitely make videos that are hot! Current things are always great to get your videos out there. Be first to jump the gun and make sure you have clear and concise titles, make sure you network and post your videos on community channels such as this one, and share your videos on FB and with all your friends!
 
I just tag the s**t out of my videos, any key words that relate to my video I put in, and I especially tag my username and real name since both are linked with my channel
 
There are a couple of things you can do. Create social media including facebook, twitter, my space (before it goes bankrupt), YtTalk, and any other medium. Cross Polinate your videos on blip, videodome, etc. Utilize Tags efficiently. Make your vids as responses to bigger channels. Use your fan base! Do relevant vids so that your subscribers will drop your name on other vids in similar topics.
