Anyways, I made a youtube channel. ALC Comedy Show, but how do I get that as my channel name?

like youtube.com/user/alccomedyshow

rather than what mine is now, youtube.com/channel/UCF2SeUmHQx17yCEacCKpUdg

Or is this something I can not do?

They recently changed the terms and conditions. You need 500 subs, 30 day old account, profile pic and banner. If you don't have all these things you can't get a url. If you do have all these things, it is under advanced settings. Think long and hard because you can only choose your name once.
