okay I recorded a SONG ! But me and this little boy with 187 views
Happen to have the same producer that gave us the same beat !!
SO EVERYTIME I UPLOAD MY SONG !! YouTube keeps telling me about ( THIRD PARTY CONTENT )
I tried the 107 1976 law saying that it's non profitatable .
But it says I have to AWAIT TO JANAURY 9th 2013 for my dispuit
WHAT SHOULD I DO ???
I don't want to start promoting my song and gets a lot of views then YouTube deletes my video on the 9th
.. I'm confused ! Can somebody tell me how long I have to wait or if they will ban my video ?
Is it up to the other guys permission if my video stays up or not ? since we have the same beat and he put his up first some body please give me advice !
 
Just because it's non-profit doesn't mean it's fair use. Also, if the guy gave you the beat and you have written permission to use it in a song and upload it, only then should you dispute the content ID match and explain you have permission. Technically it is a derivative work.
