when i start Dxtory and open the game everything is ok
but i cant start recording!!
HOW CAN I START RECORDING IN DXTORY!!!

You set a hotkey and press that hotkey.

When you open the game can you see green text in the top left showing your FPS. If so, hit F9 (default key) and it should go orange to say its recording.

If that doesn't work, open up Dxtory and go into the keyboard tab. It will then say "Start/Stop Movie Capture", click that box and you can choose a new keybind

It depends on what hotkey you have set the Record to, I use F12 :3.
