HELP PLEASE!!!

I need help for two things:

One, for my newest video I need to be able to reverse the footage, so is there a way to do that on VideoPad Editor. Also, is there any decent programs to make custom YouTube thumbnails? Thanks!

In regards to making the thumbnails, I literally just screencap a certain part of the video and add little related pictures to it in Photoshop. The best free alternative to photoshop is Gimp which you can just google.

No problem Literally. Thumbnails aren't even that high quality if you have Windows 7 just use the built in screencapture tool. LOL. I'm pretty sure it's a feature in VideoPad though since I've used it before I switched to my beloved Cyberlink Powerdirector.

I did what it said on the video but no "reverse speed" button appeared in my bar
